McCormick, Ronald Paul - December 7, 1936 - June 4, 2012. It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing away peacefully of Ronald P. McCormick (age 75) Monday, June 4, at St. Joseph Manor in Elliot Lake. Beloved husband of Florence, loving father of Susan Young, Charlene (Dave) Makie, Jennifer McCormick, step- father of Brad (Samantha) Leblanc, Sean Whitlock (predeceased), Scott (Kimberley) Whitlock and Christopher (Kevin) Whitlock. Ron is the cherished grandfather of James, Elric, Alexander, Mikayla, Cassandra, Matthew, Matthew, Dylan and great grandfather of Nicholas, Jenna and JJ. Born, raised and retired in Spanish, Ronald will truly be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and relatives. A Memorial Service will be held at the Spanish Royal Canadian Legion, Saturday June 16th, at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by his family.
