McDONALD, Lois Verl - In loving memory of Lois Verl McDonald (Davidson), 79 years, Tuesday, September 11th, 2012 at Extendicare York. Beloved wife of 61 years to Bob McDonald of Capreol. Loving mother of Bob (Jackie) of B.C. and Shelley Bechamp (late Norm Rainville) of Capreol. Cherished grandmother of Kevin (Shannon), Brian, Rob (Shaun), Sarah, James (Erin) and great grandmother of Max, Elizabeth and Peyton. Predeceased by her parents Irene (Murdock) and Allen Davidson. Lois was the youngest daughter of 9 children; Wesley, Harold, Eric, Kenneth, Russell, James, Marguerite and Eileen. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Lois was a longtime member of Trinity United Church in Capreol and was a member of the United Women's League. The family would like to thank the staff at Extendicare York's 5th Floor for all their care and support. Memorial service at Trinity United Church, Capreol on Saturday, September 22nd, 2012 at 11 AM. Friends may gather at the church after 10:30 AM Saturday. Cremation at Park Lawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
