In loving memory of Brian McDowell who suddenly passed at the age of 65. Son of Bernard "Bernie" McDowell and Aileen (McElhaney) both predeceased.

Brian is survived by his siblings Patricia, Timothy, Michael (Carol), Kevin (Mary Beth), and Colleen McDowell.

Brian fondly enjoyed the company of many nieces and nephews. He sadly missed his canine pal “max” predeceased.

Many of Brian's St Charles College friends will remember him as "The Beast" where all of his teammates felt sorry for the opposition's defensive line.

Brian then became labelled with the name of "Big B" which he carried for years.

Brian fought the cancer battle in 2000 and then had the new name "Survivor"

He was a partner in the McDowell Family business where he made many lasting friendships.

He enjoyed his many Caribbean boat cruises and enjoyed his winters in the Dominican Republic.

He will be missed by the 7AM breakfast club at Cora's Restaurant.

Brian had a profound effect on people's lives and his generosity was appreciated by many. In lieu of flowers, donations to Northern Cancer Center would be appreciated.
