McLAUGHLIN, Carol Margaret (née Bruce) - In loving memory of Carol Margaret McLaughlin (née Bruce) 77 years Tuesday afternoon, May 10th, 2011 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital. Beloved wife of Richard (Dick) McLaughlin predeceased. Survived by her loving brother Doug Bruce of Sudbury. Loving mother of Bruce McLaughlin of St. Thomas, Lesley (husband Tony Sartor) of Brantford, Jill McLaughlin of Barrie, and Craig (wife Genie) of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of Terrence McLaughlin, Patrick Sartor, Andrea Sartor, Leah McLaughlin, Phillip Ross, Jessica McLaughlin, Michael Ross (predeceased) and great-grandchildren Kiera Garrett, Tristen Garrett, Serenity Ross, Storm Ross and Audrey Sartor-Backus. Beloved daughter of Harold and Janet Bruce both predeceased. Dear sister of Janet (husband Gordie Bennett) both predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Born in Copper Cliff, Carol married Richard in Sudbury in 1953. She worked at the Sudbury Memorial Hospital and then as a Residence Coordinator at Cambrian College. At Carol's request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation with interment in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery on June 18th, 2011, time to be determined.
