In loving memory of Joseph William “CLARENCE” McNichol, 84 years passed away peacefully at his residence. Clarence was born in Benny, Ontario on May 10, 1939.

Beloved son of Evelyn (née St Denis) McNichol and William McNichol, both predeceased. Dear brother of Roger McNichol (Addie) and Weldon McNichol. Four siblings predeceased, Olive Chakasim, George McNichol, Dominic McNichol, and Clara Sewrey. Loving father to Clarence and his stepdaughter Tina.  Clarence will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and his friends who he visited with at the city centre and his apartment building.

In his younger years, Clarence worked for CP Rail-Stralak and for the Nairn Centre-Mill and as a guide for many years on Onaping Lake where he knew all the best fishing spots.

He provided his family and friends with many laughs with his sense of humour.  He will be sadly missed by all.

As per Clarence’s request there will be no visitation. Cremation entrusted to Lougheed’s with interment at a later date in the Benny Cemetery to be held by his family in a private ceremony.

Thanks for the laughs Uncle, and happy fishing.
