It is with deep shock and sorrow that we announce the tragic passing of Trischa Lee (Ames) Moore.  Trischa was a leap year baby and left us just 2 days before her 48th birthday. She was officially only 12 years old.  Trischa was a wonderful mother, daughter, and friend.  She leaves behind her beloved daughters, Kaiya and Addison and their father, Barrie. The pain they are feeling is immeasurable.  Her mother, Debbie Ames and father, Brian Ames, are devastated to lose their beautiful, smart, fierce daughter.  No parent ever wants to bury their child.  Her older brothers, Terry and Trevor will forever miss that mischievous grin, bossiness, and teasing their baby sister.  Trischa is survived by numerous loving family members and friends and predeceased by her favourite uncle, Terry O’Rourke

There are some special doctors, nurses and support workers that were there for Trischa over the last couple years. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the first responders that serve our community. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all our friends and family.  We have been blessed by your grace, compassion, and kindness and we are eternally grateful.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that you make a donation to the Terry Ames Care fund. https://ncfsudbury.akaraisin.com/ui/DIY/p/TerryAmesCareFund  . Trischa, Barrie, and Dale were instrumental in initiating the concept of this fund to help local families going through cancer.
