MULLOCK, John Edward - In Loving Memory of John Edward Mullock, 84 years, Sunday, October 7th, 2012 at his home. Beloved husband of Eileen (Scull) predeceased and Rose (Morrison) of Lively. Loving father of Diana Mullock (Jim Rule), Teryl Mullock (Nancy Morgan), John Mullock (Janine Smyth) and stepson Fred Chapman (Marianne). Cherished grandfather of Melanie, Ashley, Tristan, Justine, Julia, Ayden, Alex and Lyam. Dear son of Norman and Evelyn Mullock both predeceased. Dear brother of Raymond Hall, Norma Cullen, Bob Mullock, Bill Mullock and Doreen Bradshaw. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews. John was born in Kindersley, Saskatchewan where he worked the family farm then attended University where he achieved a Masters in Geological Engineering. For 30 years he worked with INCO as a senior geologist. Over the years John volunteered with many organizations such as Lively Golf Course, Copper Cliff United Church, Walden Cross Country Trails and the Sudbury Cancer Center to name a few. He was always active in his community, he enjoyed bridge, the theatre and dancing at the Caruso Club. He will be missed by many. Memorial Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME 233 Larch St., Sudbury Friday, October 12th, 2012 at 11:30am. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Northern Cancer Foundation (Cancer Centre) would be appreciated. (Friends may gather after 11am Friday).
