Munro, Margherita (nee Fedat)
With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Margherita “Marg” Munro on Friday, August 18th, 2023, at 70 years young. Marg’s fierce independence and extraordinary determination (a little on the stubborn side at times) was reflected through her pristine gardens, delicious meals, and her willingness to always help others. Marg’s generosity was felt through her friends, family, and her beloved Daisy cat. She was happiest when she was outside surrounded by nature, her family, and her gardens. She also loved watching everyone enjoy a swim in the pool and a meal that she prepared. You always left Nonna’s house with a full heart and belly. Marg’s sense of humour and infectious laugh will be missed by all who knew her.
Beloved wife of Gordon Munro (Predeceased 2018). Loving mother to Braunze Munro (Catherine) and Jesse Munro (Trista) and the best Nonna to Ashlyn, Keyna, Jayce and Jerzie. Sister to Janet Carniello (Predeceased 2004), Gabriella Kaliczak (Predeceased 1989) and Ottavio Fedat (Carol). Predeceased by her parents Maria and Giovanni Fedat. The heavenly reunion must be special - full of food, laughter and perhaps a cup of coffee with Brandy and a cold Brava beer. She will be missed by many other relatives and friends. As per her request, there will be no funeral visitation or service. Cremation.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
