NADEAU, John Gerry - In loving memory of John Gerry Nadeau, 87 years, who passed away Thursday, June 25th, 2009 at the Extendicare York. Beloved son of Noah and Josephine Nadeau both predeceased. Dear brother of Rev. Sister Muriel of Pembroke, predeceased by Rev. Sister Armadine, Vincent, Gladys Wolmer and Rita Viau (husband Eddy of Sudbury). Loving uncle of Howard, James, Garry, Shirley, Joan, John, Wayne, Norman, Ron, David, Lorraine, Muriel and Aurore and 29 great nieces and nephews. Gerry lived with the Faulkner Family for 50 years, they were a true second family for him. Born in Chaulk River, Gerry worked at INCO, then was President of Good Neighbours Salvage for many years with his friend Clovis Faulkner. He enjoyed golf. Gerry dedicated his life to helping the poor and handicapped. He was a devout Roman Catholic, he lived his faith everyday and was dedicated to St. Mathieu's Parish, where he served for many years on Parish Council. The family wish to thank the staff at Extendicare York, 6th floor, for their care and kindness. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON and BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sunday, June 28th 2009 at 4 pm. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium.
