NADEAU, Leo - Of Espanola passed away at the Espanola Regional Hospital on Saturday, March 16th, 2013 in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Anne (nee Laframboise) Nadeau of Espanola. Dear son of the late Theodore and Aldea (nee Lamothe) Nadeau. Loving father of Danny (wife Kaye) of Gore Bay & Ron (wife Simone) of Espanola. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren, Leanne, Michael, Dan & David & 8 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Claire Harlyvitch (husband Adam predeceased) & Cecile Savicky (husband Johnny) both of Espanola & the late Bette Macartney & Harvey Nadeau. Leo was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 39, Espanola and a veteran of World War Two. He loved the outdoors and had a passion for trapping, fishing and hunting. Resting at the BOURCIER FUNERAL HOME, Espanola on Tuesday, March 19th from 9:30 a.m. to the time of the funeral mass at St. Jude Roman Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. with Father Ed Wawyrzk officiating. Interment in the Espanola Cemetery in the spring. If so desired, Memorial tributes may be made to the Espanola Hospital Foundation.
