In loving memory of Diane Marie Nash (nee Proulx) who passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the age of 63 years, holding her loving husband’s hand.

Diane grew up in Hanmer and then was a lifetime resident of Sudbury. She was a loving, nurturing soul and a selfless caregiver who was dedicated to her family and devoted to walking a life with God. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Parish and the CWL. She will be fondly remembered for crafting for all the ladies. A creative soul with a childlike flame that instantaneously sparked those around her. Never a puzzle too hard to tackle. Never too many a birdhouse to be painted. A never-ending flow of crochet patterns.

Never a corner in the home without a plant. Beloved wife of Tony Nash. Loving mother of Tina Nash (Jeffery Lafortune). Adoring daughter of Marie (Clement) and Gerard Proulx both predeceased. Cherished daughter-in-law of Alice (Roswel) and Frederick Nash both predeceased. Cherished sister of Emilie Proulx predeceased, Monique Proulx, Marie (Denis Beland), Aline Proulx, Colette Bigras and Francine (Dan Bergeron) and a loyal sister-in-law to Tracey and Marc Carr, Tina and Luc Beauparlant, Trevor and Susan Nash, Terry Nash, Todd Nash, Tom Nash, Camille Robitaille, Raymond Bigras and Raymond Rancourt. Dear matante and auntie to Lee-Anne, Natasha, Timothy, Franny, Gloria, Danielle, José, Patrick, Christine, Laura, Anne, Antonio, Cory, Crystal, Echo Leah, James, Jason, Kym, Pitina and many great nieces and nephews.

She loved you all to the moon and back unconditionally. Dear godmother to Joshua Carr, Christine Bigras, Timothy Rancourt, Jayden Guenette and Makaylah Guenette. Long time friend of Verna Richer and Paulette Richardson. Dear family friend of Ron, Julie, Noah and Kaiden Gilbeau. Resting at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch St., Sudbury.
