In loving memory of Lise Nault (née Lauzon), who passed on April 5th, 2024 at the age of 77.

She was the beloved wife of Marcel Nault for the past 58 years.  Cherished mother to Angèle Krummenacher (Bob), Rachelle Lacoste (Denis), Joëlle Nault (Bruno Ferron), Lisette Nault (Rick Gardiner), Monique Roy (Ken).  Lise’s heart overflowed with love for her grandchildren Guy (Nadine), Denis (Adrianne),  Jannique (Daniel), Stéphane (Jasmine), Jesse (Erica), Matthew (Jocelyn), Jordan (Carrie-Lynn), Ericka (Justin), Eric (Claudia), Emma and Martin.  She was also blessed to be the great-grandmother to Jordan, Abigail, Andrew, Ellery, Violet, and her future great grandbabies.  She will be sadly missed by her siblings René, Johanne (Pierre), Guy (Wanda) and Linda (predeceased). Also, by her in-laws, Estelle (Arly), Gabrielle, Urgel (predeceased) (Lynda), Daniel (predeceased), Michel (predeceased) (Francine), Emmanuel (Angie), Lionel (predeceased) (Lynn), Louis (predeceased), and Louise (Armand).

Lise was a beacon of warmth and kindness, known for her skillful hands as a seamstress later using those skills in the business she ran with her husband.  She was the only female certified orthopedic shoemaker who created orthopedic shoes for over 25 years. She magically could pull a meal together when anyone came to visit.  Mom was dedicated to volunteering as a proud member of the Legion and a devoted Filles d’Isabelle.  Her love for travel enriched her life, allowing her and Marcel to explore the world with wonder and joy. Lise’s memory will forever remain in our hearts as we carry on her legacy of love, laughter, and service to others.

A private graveside service will take place.  A celebration of life will take place on Saturday April 13th from 1 to 4pm at the Club D’Age D’Or/ Golden Age Club 109 Third Street, Sturgeon Falls ON, P2B 3A7.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Northeast Cancer Centre.
