OUELLETTE , Jack - In loving memory of Jack Ouellette, 77 years, who passed away at the Sudbury Regional Hospital on Monday October 18th, 2010. Beloved husband of Lorraine (Jacques), to whom he was married to for 56 years. Loving father of 5 children, Glenn (Anne) of Ottawa, Duane (Donna) of Kitchener, Jack Jr. (Tracy) of Sudbury, Stacy (Wanda) of Kitchener and Liza (Ken Pulkkinen) of Garson. Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Aaron, Kristofer, Courtney, Corey, Erika, Bryanna, Kassandra, Jakob, Hunter Lee, Mathew and Alexandra. Proud great grandfather of Ashley Dawn Calma. Jack is also survived by his brothers Leo (Shirley) of Halifax and Maurice (Stella) of Sudbury. Son of Eugene and Pearl (Tincomb) Ouellette both predeceased, he is also predeceased by his sisters Edith Beaudry, Sandra Taylor, Beverly Makkinen and his brother Kevin. Jack will be missed by many nieces and nephews as well as by special friends of many years. Jack has been a member of Sheet Metal Workers' International Association since 1967. He was elected Business Manager of Sheet Metal Workers' International Association Local 504 in 1975 and held the position till 1996. He was Business agent from 1996 till retirement in 1999. He was appointed Vice President of the Sheet Metal International Association in 1993 to 1998. He remained as a trustee on the Health and welfare Benefit of Local 504 till 2008. Memorial visitation at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St, on Sunday October 24th, 2010. A Mass to celebrate Jack's life will be held at Holy Redeemer Church 1887 Bancroft Dr. Sudbury, Monday October 25th,2010 at 11 am. Interment at the Civic cemetery. Donations to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
