PAGANO, “Pina“ Giuseppina (nee Buttarella) - In Loving Memory of Giuseppina “Pina“ Pagano (nee Buttarella), 83 years. Suddenly Tuesday, August 14th, 2012 at her residence. Beloved wife of Giuseppe Pagano predeceased 2003. Loving mother of Anna Maria Pagano, Grace Boudreau (husband Daniel) and Corrado (wife Jocelyne). Cherished Nonna of Tiana, Calli, Lia, and Joseph. Dear daughter of Carmelo and Maria (nee Buscema) Buttarella predeceased. Dear sister of Stella Marrone (husband Antonio predeceased), Salvatore Buttarella predeceased, Rosa Soranno (husband Domenico) and Luigi Buttarella (wife Concetta). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Born in Tripoli, Giuseppina married Giuseppe Pagano in Italy in 1963, moving to Sudbury the same year. She was an accomplished seamstress and excellent cook. Pina was devoted to her loving family, happiest when in their company or preparing and hosting a family dinner. She was a very proud and much-loved Nonna to her precious grandchildren. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury. Friends may call 2-5; 7-9pm Friday with parish prayers at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church, 39 Walford Road, Sudbury Saturday, August 18th, 2012 at 10am. Entombment in the Civic Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Northern Cancer Foundation (Cancer Center) would be appreciated.
