PAGLIAROLI, Luis (Luigi, Louis, Sweet Lou) - 1946- 2012 Peacefully, at his home surrounded by the love of his family, Lou of Tillsonburg, formerly of Simcoe passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2012 age 65 years. He is survived by his wife and best friend Karen. Lou was a man who devoted his life to his family, including his much loved children Tami and Sean, grandchildren Tyler and Brandon, his son- in-law Tim Emerson and his children Josh and Amy. Lou leaves behind his parents Valentino and Maria Pagliaroli whom he adored so very much and his super star brother Mike, wife Josephine, nieces and nephews Tony, Lisa, Deanna, and Rico. Lou found a sister and brother in his sister- in-law Kathy and his brother-in-law Ken. Lou was also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins in Capreol, Toronto, and Italy who were a huge influence on his life. Lou was predeceased by his Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Louis and Lily Del Papa who he loved. As a teenager Lou worked for the CN during the summer months, and as an adult worked at Moose Mountain Mine in Capreol and Stelco/U.S. Steel in Nanticoke. Over his working years Lou made many great friends who became an important part of his life. Following retirement Lou enjoyed getting together with the guys at the coffee shop. Lou was an avid hockey and ball fan who could provide the latest updates on all teams, but especially on the Habs and the Yanks. Lou will be remembered for how he loved his family putting nothing in his way of providing for and caring for them. He had a compassionate, generous nature and a willingness to help people whenever needed. He had a keen sense of how to live life to the fullest. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. “He lived his life for those he loved, and those he loved remember.“ PRIVATE VISITATION was held at OSTRANDER'S FUNERAL HOME 43 Bidwell St. Tillsonburg (519) 842-5221. A PRIVATE Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 2 p.m. Rev. Father Tom Ferrera of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Tillsonburg officiating. Cremation followed.
