PAKKALA, Rena (Edwards) - In Loving Memory of Rena (Edwards) Pakkala, 86 years, Thursday, May 3rd, 2012 at her home. Beloved wife of Harold Pakkala predeceased June 27th, 1991. Loving mother of Heather (Alain Daigle) of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of Amanda and Emily. Dear daughter of Dick and Cora Edwards both predeceased. Dear sister of Marshall (Rona) of Capreol, Bob (Jean) of Lakefield, Quebec and Mara of North Bay. Special friend of Hedley, Bev and Edith. Born in Capreol, she married Harold in Sudbury in 1962. She was a member of the Curling Club, Cards Club and Ladies Auxillary Royal Canadian Legion Branch 76, Sudbury. She was a dedicated volunteer at her church and within her community. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME 252 Regent St. at Hazel St., Sudbury (Friends may call 2-4; 7-9 pm Tuesday only) Funeral Service in St. John the Divine Church Copper Cliff Wednesday, May 9th, 2012 at 11 am.
