PAQUET, Joseph Robert - passed away at his home in Providence Bay, on Friday April 23rd, 2010, at the age of 66. Loving husband of 39 years of Danielle. Beloved father of Johanne and her husband Steven Fisher and Chantal. Proud grandfather of Lexi. Son of the late Fernand Paquet and Anna-Marie Poulin. Survived by his sisters Eva, Yvonne, and Lise, and brothers Yves, Donald, Pierre, Daniel and Martin. Predeceased by his brother Jacques. Robert was born on December 15th 1943, at St-Cme Quebec. He moved to Sudbury in 1970, and was the owner of a drywall company. In 1997, he moved to Providence Bay, Manitoulin Island and ran a Bed and Breakfast. Robert was an avid fisherman and hockey fan. He also enjoyed going to the coffee shop regularly to share his adventures. A memorial service will be held at the ISLAND FUNERAL HOME, 36 Worthington Street, Little Current, on May 1st at 1 pm.
