Passed away peacefully with his family by his side along with his faithful dog Sweetie. Loving life mate to Lucie Perry. Proud father of Adam Perry and Melissa Ethier (Eric). Cherished grandfather of Gabriel and Samuel Ethier. Loving brother of Alex Perry (Leona) and Rita Giusto predeceased (Berto). Dear brother-in-law of Noella Lafleur (Richard), Angèle Lagrandeur (Richard), Gisèle Pflug (Gerhardt), Dan Lapierre and Dave Lapierre (Sylvie). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Best buddy to Guy Michaud. The family would like to thank Dr. Main and Dr. Mehta and all the nurses of CVT-ICU at Health Sciences North for their care and compassion.
As per Simon’s wishes, there will be no funeral visitation or service. Cremation.
