In loving memory of Evan Michael Proulx 47 years. Passed away peacefully after a long illness on Saturday, August 26th, 2023 at Health Sciences North.

Loving father of Tyler Lavallie (Bianca), Mackenzie Lavallie (Rowan), and Denver Proulx. Cherished son of Carol Proulx (nee Burke) (Rolland predeceased), and Paul Proulx predeceased and grandson of Edward predeceased and Lucille Burke, and John and Hilda Proulx both predeceased. Much loved brother of Julie Proulx, Paul Proulx Jr., Kcy Roque, John Proulx, and Danielle Proulx. Uncle of Paul, Brandon, Kirkland, Kohen, Orrie, Harleen, Evelyn, and Cirilla, and nephew of Barb, Irene, Rick, Joe (Susan), Darcy, Peter (Kathy), Brian (Alice), Bonnie and Pat. Cousin of Terry, Angie, Gavin, Amy, Edward, Tyson, Aaron, Crissy, James, Blaine, Brittany, Dan, Craig, Adam, Scott, and many more. He will be sadly missed and loving remembered by his many friends, including Brad Sinclair, Norm Beauvais, Karen Herbert, and Sheri Lavallie (mother of Tyler and Mackenzie).

Evan was an avid sports fan, and loved to cheer on the Montreal Canadians. He was a proud collector of sports memorabilia. He was fascinated with aviation, and took a great interest in airplanes and helicopters. Evan enjoyed fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the staff, nurses, PSW’s and doctors at Health Sciences North 5 south for their excellent care and compassion

Friends may gather at the Veterans Hall in Killarney on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Funeral mass in St. Bonaventure Church on Saturday, September 9th, 2023 at 11 am. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
