QUIRIAULT, Raymond - It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Raymond who passed away Sunday, June 20, 2010 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital at the age of 54 years. Ray was predeceased by his much adored mother Simone, who died almost 3 years ago. Ray leaves behind his father Roger, his sister Nadia Burton (Dave), god-daughter Nissa Belmonte (Egidio), nephew Daniel & grand nephew Danté as well as many friends and canine friends. Ray supported many people, causes and animals throughout his life despite being a quadriplegic himself. He never let his disability deter him from having a full life or from bringing joy to countless others. He will surely be missed by all. In lieu of flowers, donations (by cheque only) to the Canadian Hearing Society, the CNIB, or the Second Chance Wildlife Sanctuary would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Sunday from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. A celebration of his life will be held Monday June 28th at 11 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
