RAKOCHY, Ruby 'Tootsie' (Eddy)

In Loving Memory of Ruby (nee Eddy) Rakochy “Tootsie” 1936 – 2013. Sadly missed by her daughters Cindy Lachapelle of Hanmer and Susan (husband Ray Czerkas) of Blezard Valley and their father Victor Rakochy. Special grandmother of Mitch (Natalie Rivet), Leya, Cheryl (Mike), Brody (Barbara) and Trina. Dear daughter of James Eddy and Elizabeth Duguay and stepdaughter to Alexander Duguay, all predeceased. Dear sister of Esther Pitura, Jim Eddy (Ann), Bill Eddy predeceased, Muriel predeceased (Nicky Hudyma), Nelson Eddy predeceased (Carol), Judy (Frank Cameron) and Richard Duguay (Diane). Ruby was born in Saskatchewan. She worked at Mazucca IGA in Capreol for 14 years. A Celebration of Ruby’s Life will be held at the Lougheed Funeral Home Hanmer/Capreol Chapel 4605 Michelle Dr. Friday, November 1st, 2013 3-5; 7-9pm. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to the NCF Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
