It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paula Mathilda Raymond, 71 of Sudbury who passed at her home in McKerrow on Friday, February 9, 2024, after a long battle with COPD.

Her son Christopher (Micheal) was by her side at the time. She passed peacefully. She was born in Blind River on January 16, 1953, to her parents Harmos “Harry” Raymond and Johanna Raymond (née Vander Mulen) both predeceased. Paula enjoyed singing karaoke with her husband Richard “Rick” Levesque of Sudbury and dancing. She was already ready to help those less fortunate. She loved to laugh and spend time with her dogs Sophie, Pic-Pic, and Chico, all of whom will miss her greatly. She is survived by her siblings Sherry (Roger predeceased), Barb (Pat), Joanne (Syd), Dorothy (Allan), Rita (Dan), Carol, Nellie, Paul (Wendy) and Charlie (Denise).

She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, and friends. A special thank you to all of the services that made it possible for Paula to stay at home; Bayshore, Home and Community Care Support Services, and the Espanola Complex and Palliative Support Team most.
