It is with deep sorrow that our family tells you of the passing of our amazing Susan due to complications from advanced primary progressive MS.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and hope for everyone who ever knew her in any capacity. Unparalleled in faith and spirit, she has left us to continue doing God’s work in ways we’ll never understand. Her parents, Claude and Mary-lynn Thomas are predeceased as is her brother Allan. She is survived by her husband Rev Dan Reeves, her children Eric Johnston (Kris) and Amanda Richardson (CJ) in Atlanta GA, and Natalie Genoe (Don) and Daniel Reeves in Sudbury. Proud Grandma and Nanny to Mary, Timothy, Sarah Kate, Luke and Claire. Loved by so many wonderful cousins.
Cherished by so many friends and those she has touched over the years. Susan was a warrior for so many issues where people were discriminated against, and not given the dignity and respect that is due every human being. She wanted you to know that you are loved.
A Celebration of Susan’s Life will be held at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 1114 Auger Ave, Sudbury on Saturday March 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
