RICHARD, Gilles - The family announces with sorrow, his death in Sudbury, Thursday, March 22, 2012 at the age of 66 years. Son of the late Raymond and the late Thérèse (née Raymond) Richard. Beloved husband of Nicole Richard (née Roy) of Sudbury. Loving father of Roméo Richard (Joanne) of Sudbury and Rachelle Gervais (Patrick) of Timmins. Dear brother of Michel Quintal and Juliette Rousseau (Denis) both of Sudbury. Cherished grandfather to Shaughnessy, Courtney Maxzim, Kimberley, Kaitlyn and Feliks. Predeceased by his grandson Braeden. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. In keeping with Gilles' request, there will be no visitation. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, March 30, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. in St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Church, Sudbury. Donations (by cheque only) to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
