In loving memory of Valerie Rilling (nee Brown) 76 years. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Health Sciences North on Thursday, November 19th, 2020.
Predeceased by her husband Rolf and son Trevor. She was a loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law to son Gary and his wife Charissa. She was a cherished grandmother, sister and aunt. Valerie was born in Jamaica on August 2nd, 1944. She loved flowers and gardening. A nature lover, she enjoyed sitting at her big bay window and reading, or just watching the birds. She took comfort in the serenity of her surroundings and the company of good neighbours. She will be incredibly missed by her family and friends.
At Valerie’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to Health Sciences North would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home.
