RINTAMAKI, Laila - In Loving Memory of Laila Rintamaki, 94 years, who passed away with loving family at her side on December 12, 2012 at Finlandia Village. Beloved wife of Onni Rintamaki (predeceased 1985). Loving mother to Hellen Frost (George) and Ann Pomerleau (Jim). Loving grandmother to Suzanne (Jim), Heather, Jodi (Neil), Rob (Julie), Chris (Lianne) and Lizanne (Mike). Great grandmother to Mathew, Mike, Amy, Kai, Ben, Alex, Dominic, Joseph, Whitney and Logan. Loving sister to Allan (Evelyn). Predeceased by Brother Bill (Martha) and sister Femmi. Will be sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews. She was dearly loved by all who knew her. A special thank you to all care givers at Finlandia Village. Laila considered herself forever young and always lived life to the fullest. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St., at Hazel St. Saturday, December 15th, 2012 from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. with words of remembrance at 4:30p.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers donations to the Ladies of Kaleva Memorial Fund or Beaver Lake Sports and Cultural Club would be appreciated.
