The family announces with sorrow his death in Sudbury on Sunday January 21st ,2024 at the age of 36 years.
Son of Donald and Lorraine Jr. (née Gosselin) Rocheleau of Sudbury, On.
He is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son Cody Rocheleau. Also survived by his sister Melanie (Donny).
Grandson of Lorraine Rocheleau (late John) and of the late Gerard Gosselin (late Doris Nolet)
Richard was an exceptional human being who always went out of his way to help others who were in need. Regardless of their circumstances, he was always ready to lend a hand and provide support. He was a protector of the vulnerable, always putting his own needs and wellness on the back burner to ensure that those around him were taken care of. Richard's family loved him deeply, and they will miss him more than words can express. He had a wide range of interests that he was passionate about, such as fixing and riding his mountain bike through challenging trails, maintaining a naturally planted fish aquarium, and collecting the next trophy or card for his favourite games, which he played with great enthusiasm. His example reminds us that we must all strive to be the best versions of ourselves and pursue our passions with the same enthusiasm that he did. Richard was an inspiration to many, and his memory will live on through the countless lives he touched during his time on this earth.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday February 3rd, 2024, between the hours of 12-6 pm at the Hilton Gardens Sudbury Inn.
