In Loving Memory of John Sauve (79 years) May 13, 2010 John owned and operated John Sauve Painting for over 40 years before his retirement in 2002. Throughout these years he established an exceptional reputation for his professionalism, his workmanship and his honesty. He took great pride in all his endeavors, and was greatly respected by his peers. You may still find examples of his craftsmanship when visiting many local establishments such as Ste. Anne de Pins church, St. John de Brebeuf church and Cambrian College. His Memory will be cherished by all family members and dear friends. He is finally at peace and enjoying the greatest fishing trip of his life with his dear friend Don Belisle and godson John Dean Jones. Beloved husband of 58 years to Alfreda “Freda” (nee Lalancette) Sauve. Cherished father of Norm (wife Elaine) of Sault Ste Marie, Mike of Espanola, Dan (partner Donna), Marc (wife Carole), Sue (partner Robert) and John Jr. (wife Sandra) all of Sudbury. Loving grandfather of Jocelyne and Michelle of Sault Ste Marie; Carly of Guelph, Aaron of Espanola, Amber and Tylor of Sudbury; Joel Ouellette of Ottawa, Justin and Chantal of Sudbury, Chantelle Mantha, Curtis Mantha and Jordan all of Sudbury and great grandchildren Alyssandra and Aiva-Jade of Sault Ste Marie. Survived by 1 brother Maurice of Hagar. Predeceased by his parents Dominique and Florence (Florida) nee Quesnel Sauve, 3 brothers Art, Laurier and Louis as well as 1 sister Marguerite. Memorial Visitation at the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home 233 Larch St., Sudbury Memorial Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel Tuesday, May 18th, 2010 at 7: 30 p.m. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.(Friends may call from 2:00- 7:30 p.m. Tuesday)
