The family announces with sorrow the passing of Ron Savage on February 02, 2022, at the age of 62 years old. Ron will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 44 years Linda (nee Cote). Linda and Ron have been in love since the age of 15 years old. Ron held Linda dear to his heart and she was truly the love of his life.
Beloved father of Mitch and Ronnie (Jen). Ron’s sons were his pride and joy. Many memories with their father remain in their hearts forever.
Pépé was so proud of his grandchildren Colton, Gabby and Danika. Ron’s happiest moments were times spent with them.
Ron is the son of the late Romeo and Lorraine (nee Benoit) Savage. He was the youngest brother to his siblings Linda (Julien), Sue (Gord) and Mike (Carole).
He was a gentle and kind soul and was loved by many. A Celebration of life will be held on February 26th from 12pm – 4pm at Cousin Vinny's Restaurant & Bar (5085 Old Hwy 69, Hanmer, ON P3P 1A9). Please follow all Covid 19 protocols. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Ron can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association Sudbury/Manitoulin Branch.
