SAVARIE, Hilary (Sir Knight) - It is with deepest regret that our family announces the passing of Sir Knight Hilary Savarie, 65 years, Tuesday, June 14th, 2011 in Sudbury. Beloved husband and best friend of Bev Brisco of Sudbury. Loving Papuh to Robert (Cathy) of Sudbury, Richard, Amanda and Jennifer from Ottawa. Special step-Dad to Angie of Elliot Lake and Jennifer (Pat Morin) of Sudbury. Greatly missed by 8 grandchildren. Predeceased by parents Wilfrid and Lena (Bel-Martin) and his sister Rose-Marie. Dear brother to Stan (Jean), Norm, Daniel (Beth), Muriel (Bert Lemay), Diane (Eugene Czaja) and Mark. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Dearly loved by the Ya Ya Sisters and their spouses. Special thanks to the healthcare team at both the Cancer Centre and at home, especially to Dr. Ewing-Bui who gave us an extra 4 1/2 years of memories. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury. Funeral mass at Holy Redeemer Church, 1887 Bancroft Dr., Sudbury on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 11 AM. Cremation at Park Lawn Crematorium. Prayers Monday at 7:30 PM. Memorial donations to the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Breast Cancer Equipment Fund would be appreciated.
