Dedicated to community involvement, she supported her girls in various volunteer activities including Brownies and Girl Guides, the Levack Skating Club, Onaping Falls Ringette, and Levack-Onaping Winter Carnival Committees. Depending on the season, she enjoyed watching local hockey or baseball. Dawn took pleasure in being part of the Onaping Falls Art Club and the Cavalcade of Colours. She enjoyed bowling with the Wednesday Night League ladies and competing in a good round of darts at the Onaping Falls Legion. Camping with family and friends, she loved to share Harold and a cool breeze off of Halfway Lake. An avid quilter and painter, many friends and family members have been blessed with various gifts, personally hand crafted or painted by Dawn. Loving all things artistic Dawn and Harold took in many local craft shows and musical concerts, travelling as far as Thunder Bay.
