SEGUIN, Simone Florida (née DeVilliers) - The family announces with sorrow her passing in Sudbury on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at the age of 74 years. Wife of the late Francois Claude Seguin. Daughter of the late Jérémie and the late Mélina (née Auger) DeVilliers. Beloved mother of Jean Francois (Kimberly) of Sudbury and Robert of North Bay. Dear sister of Jean DeVilliers of Ottawa, Art DeVilliers of Toronto and Bert DeVilliers of Montreal. Predeceased by her brother Gerry and the late Lucia Laguerre (née DeVilliers). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Christopher (Andrea), Matthew (Amber), her great-grandchildren Camden, Connor, Jerica, Karma, Cavin and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was a dedicated and professional educator for her love of children in which she taught. She loved fall and winter for its spectacular colours and scenery that were reflected in her art and decorated abilities that adorned her home life. A private funeral service was held on Thursday, December 20, 2012 in the Chapel of the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury. Donations (by cheque only) to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
