SHAW, Heather Ellen - In Loving Memory of Heather Ellen Shaw, 60 yrs. The Tait Family and the L'Arche Sudbury Community sorrowfully announce her sudden passing on Saturday, March 3rd, 2012 at Health Sciences North. Heather was predeceased by her parents David and Ellen (Gavin) Shaw. She is survived by her aunt Janet Tait of Garson and by many loving cousins. Heather was a resident of the L'Arche Sudbury Community for over 20 years and has touched the hearts of the core members, assistants and community members at the Bethany, Emmaus and Galilee Houses. She was also a part of the Adele Samson Centre Day Program. Heather enjoyed listening to Celtic music, travelling with the L'Arche Community to many locations and was a member of the Catholic faith. She will be remembered for her boisterous laugh and huge smile and she loved her string. Funeral Prayers will be held in the R.J. Barnard Chapel JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury Wednesday, March 7th, 2012 at 11am Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium Donations to L'Arche Sudbury Inc. would be greatly appreciated.
