SHAW, Marjorie Elizabeth, MSN - In loving memory of Marjorie Elizabeth Shaw who passed away Friday, May 25th, 2012 at Health Science North at the age of 79. She is survived by her sister Isabel Pullin (John), brother John Shaw (Carole), and sister-in-law Barbra Shaw. She was predeceased by her brother Bill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews Cami, Scott, Chris, Cathy, Janet, Liz and Nancy. Marjorie graduated in nursing at Toronto's Sick Children's Hospital. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Western Ontario, Marjorie worked at the Montreal Children's Hospital, Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, Ottawa, and lastly at the Sudbury Regional Cancer Centre. She also taught in the School of Nursing at McMaster University, Hamilton. At her request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. Donations in her memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family. (Arrangements entrusted to the JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME).
