SIGOUIN, Odile (née Leroux) - Peacefully passed away in Sudbury, Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at the age of 93 years. Daughter of the late Albert and of the late Zora (née Lacelle) Leroux. Beloved wife of 70 years to Leo Sigouin of Sudbury. Loving mother of Carmen Rioux (late Léon) of Sudbury. Predeceased by her sisters Cécile, Délima and Jeannette. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Lise Héroux (Daniel) and Marc Rioux (Anastasia) and her great- grandchildren, Jacob, Julien, Sophie, Gabrielle and Noah. Lovingly remembered by many relatives and friends. Odile will be remembered for having been a dedicated teacher and an active member in her community doing volunteer work at Pioneer Manor. She lived life to its fullest with her loving husband by her side enjoying golfing, skiing, spending summers at the cottage and travelling extensively. In keeping with Odile's request, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 15, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. in St-Jean-de- Brébeuf Church.
