STEEL, Wayne Frederick - In Loving Memory of Wayne Frederick Steel 71 years Saturday, November 24th, 2012 at Health Sciences North. Beloved husband of Claire (Rheault) Steel. Loving father of Barry and Cindy Lacroix. Cherished grandfather of Zack, Dylan, Kurtis, Brittany, Cody, Jenna Lee and predeceased by Ashley. Dear son of Frederick and Theresa Steel both predeceased. Dear brother of Shirley (John Hood) and Jane (John Downey predeceased). Dear uncle of Allan and Wendy Hood, Della and Michael Downey. Born in Sudbury, where he married Claire in 1974. He worked as a Municipal Foreman with the Ministry of Transportation, then enjoyed driving a bus for special needs children. Wayne served on the Local Road Board for many years. His passions were fishing and camping. At Wayne's request there will be no public visitation or service. A private family gathering will be held.
