STEWART-ROSS, Dianne Sheila - (1954-2013) - Took her place in heaven with the angels on Sunday January 27th, 2013 while surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife to Richard Ross. Treasured daughter to Ruth (predeceased Douglas Stewart) (nee Maden). Loving mother and best friend to daughters Samantha (Clayton) Ansara and Sheena (Brian) Ansara. Dear stepmother to Michael (Caterina) Ross and David Palermo. Predeceased by her sister Theresa Davis (nee Stewart). She will be forever in the hearts of her special niece Heather Davis, many cousins and her canine companions Yoda and Bambam. Dianne will be remembered for her dedication as a registered nurse and her tremendous contribution to the mental health field. Her commitment to nursing inspired many and helped to build and maintain the services available to clients within the Sudbury area. She will be missed by her colleagues and clients. Family will receive friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury on Thursday January 31, 2013 from 6 until 9:30 pm and on Friday February 1, 2013 from 9 until 11 am. A celebration of Dianne's life will follow in the chapel at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. In memory of Dianne, donations can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Assocation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. A special thank you to the nurses and doctors at the ICU on their compassionate care and assistance at our time of need.
