THAXTER, Patrick - The family announces with sorrow, his death on February 21, 2012 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital at the age of 61 years. Son of Ron and Phyllis (predeceased). Beloved father of Julia Celestini (Anthony) and Randy Thaxter, both of Sudbury. Cherished grandfather of Riley and Jessica. Dear brother of Bob (predeceased), Fred, Rod, Ken and Bonnie (predeceased). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. A celebration of his life will take place at the Eagle's in Webbwood on Saturday, February 25 at 6:00pm. Interment will occur in the spring. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society's Transportation Services would be greatly appreciated.
