In Loving Memory of Clark Francis Thibeault It is with great sadness that the family of Clark Frances Thibeault announce his peaceful passing on March 9th, 2016 following a courageous battle with many difficult health issues. Clark was a special uncle and great-uncle to nieces and nephews who he loved dearly. He will be missed by his uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and fellow workmates. A hard working man all his life, even after retirement he continued to pursue his love for roadbuilding, most recently completing the rehabilitation of Highway 551 in Mindemoya on Manitoulin Island; a stretch of highway that has been dubbed “Papa’s Road” by one of his biggest fans.
