It is with great sadness that the family of Steven Tyson announce his passing, at home peacefully with family by his side. Beloved husband of 37 years to Robin (Pearson) Tyson. Loving father of Adam (Crystal), Shane (Nicole). Loving son of Essie and Lawrence Tyson both predeceased. Dear brother of Carol predeceased, Phyllis, Debbie, Kevin, Edna predeceased (Don), Louise, Wesley, Helen (Jim), and Susan (Joe). Dear brother in-law to Maxine predeceased, Beth, Kathy, Tammy, and Bobby. His greatest pride was being Papa to Cruz, Gage, Teagan and Logan. He loved to teach them everything he knew. The kids always say: “ask Papa, he will know”. He will be sadly missed by many, especially all his nieces and nephews. Steven started his career at the Killarney Mountain Lodge at the age of 12 and finished at the age of 59, he was the jack of all trades. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and working in his shop, if it was broken and Papa couldn’t fix it, nobody could. His family and friends will cherish forever the many wonderful memories. Resting at the Killarney Mountain Lodge, Canada House. Friends may call 2-9pm Monday. Funeral Mass in St. Bonaventure Church, Killarney on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 11am.
