VACHON, Laurence (née Hamilton) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Sunday, September 5, 2010 at the age of 79 years. Daughter of the late John and of the late Orilda (née Boisvenu) Hamilton. Wife of the late Roland Vachon predeceased in 1987. Beloved mother of Gérald (Monique), Robert (Hélène), Richard (Françoise) and Pauline Blais (Rolly) all from Chelmsford. Dear sister of Leo Hamilton (Simone) of Hanmer. Predeceased by her sisters Lucie Williams (late Ray), Alice Cline (late Harry), Rita Bouchard (late Matt) and Thérèse Cté (late Camille). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Greg, Jody, Darryl, Alain, Yves, Natalie, Mélanie, Tanya and by her 9 great-grandchildren. In keeping with Laurence""s wishes there will be no visitation. The family will receive relatives and friends for a mass of Christian burial to be celebrated Friday, September 17, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in St-Joseph""s Church, Chelmsford. Donations (by cheque only) to Maison Vale Inco Hospice would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Chelmsford.
