VALENT, Luigi (Lou) - At the Ottawa General Hospital on Thursday January 17, 2013. He was 53. He leaves his loving wife and best friend of 32 years, Kim (Marsolais) Valent. Chedrished father of Christopher (Amy), Natalia (Brandon) and Sara (Jared). Sadly missed by one granddaughter, Sophia. Dear son of Luigia (Berctia) Valent and the late Edouardo Valent. Survived by one brother John Valent (Brenda) and their children, Gina, Stefan and Daniel) and one sister Flora (Carlos Cecchetto) and their children, Paulo, Franco, Angelo and Marco). Also survived by one brother-in-law Gordon Marsolais (Cheryl). Friends are requested to assemble at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 2900 Second Street East, Cornwall, for funeral mass on Wednesday January 23, 2013 at 11am.
