VAN HORN, Stan E. - In Loving Memory of Stan E. Van Horn 58 years Passed away suddenly March 15th, 2013 at Health Sciences North. Predeceased by his parents and siblings. Sadly missed by his daughter Samantha Jones and her mother Debbie Jones, and by his best friend and roommate Kevin Sipchenko. Also sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Stan worked for INCO for 32 ½ years, retiring due to injury in 2005. Stan loved the outdoors, being an avid hunter, trapper, and fisherman. He also was a huge Montreal Canadiens fan. Stan had a great sense of humour, loved to have fun and to lend a hand to friends and neighbours. He believed one should live every day as though it was their last and he tried to do that every day. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated. Funeral Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Thursday, March 21st, 2013 at 11:30am. (Friends may call 2-5; 7-9pm Wednesday or after 10:30am Thursday).
