VAN IHINGER, Wm. Ross - With great sorrow the family announces his death in Huntsville on August 10th, 2012 at the age of 61. Best friend and husband to Jody (nee McIvor). Life advisor to daughters Jennifer Van Ihinger, Katie Lord (Carl) and Leeanne Beck (Steve). Dear brother to Chris (Jan), Karen Mergler (Paul), Rick (Sharon), Alex and Nancy (Scott). Son of Elaine Van Ihinger (predeceased) and David Van Ihinger. Extra special son of Norma McIvor. Special Uncle to Darryl (Denise), Rosie, Matthew and Tessa. Sadly missed by extended family and friends in Toronto, Sudbury and Grindstone Lake as well as the boys night out gang. Friends and family are invited to attend a Party for Ross on Sunday August 19th, 2012 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. at the Todmorden Branch 10 Royal Canadian Legion, 1083 Pape Avenue at O'Connor Drive, Toronto. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dorset Volunteer Fire Department (through the family) or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
