VERONNEAU, Andre - 1961-2012 - The family announces with great sorrow his passing at the Timmins & District Hospital on Saturday, August 11, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 51 years. Loving father of Luc and Julie Véronneau of Gogama. Also left behind is the mother of his children Monique Jacques. Brother of Michel (Roxanne) Véronneau, Gilles (Lorraine) Véronneau, Gisèle (Michel) Constantin and Suzanne (Paul) Primeau all of Gogama. Beloved son of Raoul & Reina Véronneau of Gogama. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Claude and sisters Elise & Suzette. André was an avid outdoors man. He enjoyed trapping, hunting and fishing at his camp at Duke Lake where he considered it his second home. Memorial mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2012 from Notre Dame du St. Rosaire, 83 Poupore St., Gogama, On (705) 894-2093. Remembrance donations to the Northeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning at Notre Dame du St. Rosaire in Gogama.
