VOLTTI-TAKAMAA, Anne Maria - The family of Anne Maria Voltti Takamaa sadly announces her passing, peacefully, on Thursday, April 26th, 2012 at the Maison Vale Hospice with loving family at her side. Anne was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, Auntie, granny and great granny, and a friend. With her abundant patience and sense of humour, she enjoyed her children, niece and nephews and grandchildren. She shared with them the joy of imagination, reading, playing and what nouns were. She is no longer with us, but will always be in our loving memories. Beloved wife of Jouko “Jack“ Takamaa. Loving mother of Diana Smith predeceased, Mikael Takamaa (Kathryn) and Maria Chalker (Jim). Cherished Granny to Elisha Takamaa (Rob), Michael Takamaa (Renee), Derek Smith, Jimmy Chalker, Sarah Chalker (Jeremy), Vincent Takamaa and great grandchildren Damina, Joshua and Aiden. Honourary mother to Vicki-Lynne McCabe. Dear daughter of Arne and Kerttu Voltti predeceased. Dear sister of John Voltti. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. At Anne's request there will be no visitation or service.
