WAYCIK, Gary Keith - Suddenly on Thursday August 20, 2009. Survived by his adoring mother Luana. Beloved husband of Toni Waycik (Perreault) and former husband of Virginia Gledhill. Loving father of Geoff, Peter, Daniel and Susan. Cherished brother to Jimmy, Ronda, Lois and Sandra. He will be sadly missed by his three grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other family members. Following in his father's footsteps, Gary proudly served 25 years in the Canadian Navy. Upon retirement, he continued with his lifelong dedication to Scouts Canada where he continued to provide a learning environment for Canadian youth. The family will receive friends at the ARTHUR FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE (492 Wellington Street East, Sault Ste. Marie, ON) on Wednesday August 26, 2009 from 6 to 8 pm followed by a celebration of Gary's life at 8 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Good Council Church (114 MacDonald Avenue, Sault Ste Marie, ON) on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at 2 p.m. Father Michael Williams officiating.
