It is with great sadness that the family announces his passing on Monday, December 18th , 2023 at the age of 74 years. Son of the late Fred Welsh and of the late Winifred Jones. Loving husband of Roberta Welsh (née Howe). Dear father of Terry and Chris. Sadly and remembered by his grandchildren Kalysta, Kole, Kamron, Carter and Avery. Bernard is survived by his brothers Murray (Ronni) and Kenneth (Cindy). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Born in New Liskeard, Bernard moved to Chelmsford and began a successful career at Falconbridge mine. He loved his family and worshipped his wife. He will live on the heart of all those who were fortunate enough to cross his path.
