WERZUN Albina - The family of Albina “Sue” Werzun (nee Brideau) are sad to announce her death in Sudbury on June 14th, 2012. In her early years she enjoyed gardening, knitting, fishing, sewing and was an active member in the Legions Ladies Auxiliary. She was very proud to have been the president for a few terms. For the last 5 years, she was a resident of the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital Long Term Facility. While she was there she enjoyed knitting, puzzle making, watching movies and visiting with her 2 special friends George Ferderber and Ann Hosick. Survived by with great memories is her love of her life her only grandchild Natalie Williamsson, her daughters Donna Williamsson (Tord), Karen (companion Gerry Blomquish), her sisters Laudia Woerner (George), Marina McInnis (Neil), Anita Bedard and her brothers Edgar Brideau (Leona) and Leonard Brideau (Adele). Predeceased by her husband Frank, brother Raymond and sisters Rita Smith and Lina Chevalier. Funeral Service will take place at the St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Smooth Rock Falls on Friday, June 22nd, 2012 at 10 a.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium, Sudbury. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Osteoporosis would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home, Sudbury.
