WHALL, Terence (Trance) - March 27- 1951 - February 21-2013 - It is with great sorrow the family announces his sudden passing at the age of 61 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Toronto, Ontario on February 21, 2013 surrounded by loving family and friends. Trance as he was fondly referred to, lived life to the fullest and definitely to the beat of his own drum. Dressed in black and rarely without his “Beatle Boots“, Terry, a former resident of Timmins and Sudbury moved to Toronto in 1999. Terry maintained his sense of humour to the end, his last words being “cute nurse eh?“ Terry's humour was only surpassed by the size of his heart. Opening his home for his annual Christmas dinner to anyone who wanted to attend and enjoy his excellent culinary skills. We will miss the Shepherd's Pie. Terry, predeceased by his father Terence in 1995, is survived by his loving Mother Vera, loving Father to Steven (Danielle) and Joel, Grandfather to Riley, and soon to join the world baby Rayne. Loving brother to Kelly (Tim), Vivian (Cam), Danny (Jackie), Kim (Sylvain), and Karen.Fondly referred toas the Fun Uncle by Sarah, Hayley, Ava, Austin, Sabrina, Devin, Kylie, Derek (Kassie), and Savannah; and Great Uncle to Damon. Terry's family surpasses typical boundaries extending to Laila (his favorite ex-wife), Mike and Raven who he considered as much children as Steven and Joel. Due to the sudden passing viewing has already taken place. A celebration of Terry's life will be held at a later date so that distant family and friends can participate in celebrating the life of someone that touched so many. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Joseph's Hospital for their extraordinary compassion and supportive care and in lieu of flowers; donations can be made to St. Joseph Hospital or a charity of your choice.
